If something is broken on your laptop or desktop, I’ll fix it. Tell me what’s going on, and I’ll help you figure out the best course of action. I can pick up your computer from your home, office, or any public space, then make an assessment in my lab. You’ll get a solid quote for repair and I’ll get to work. When it’s done, I’ll send you an invoice that you can pay securely online and I’ll bring your computer back to you, good as new. If it can’t be fixed, I’ll return it to you and you won’t pay a thing.

A Note About Apple Laptops
Unfortunately, Apple has closed off their latest laptops, preventing anyone from upgrading or repairing them. This is a shame, and hopefully they will change someday. Tell me what you have and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
